Given the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on American society, Data Stream Broadband pledges to:

  • To keep low-income subscribers connected during the pandemic.
  • To avoid termination of service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
  • To waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic.
  • To keep all Wi-Fi hotspots, open to anyone who needs them.
  • To offered available bill forbearance or forgiveness programs during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Internet Installation Fees:

Standard Residential installation – $199.99 

(Included during initial service installation)

  • Installation and setup of Standard Customer Premise Equipment antenna CPE
  • Installation of Standard hardware to mount CPE to the home

  • Installation and setup of GigaBLAST Router to optimize WiFi coverage in the home

  • Installation and setup of VIOP Service if include with initial purchase(Additional equipment fees that may apply if required to complete proper installation)

 GigaBLAST Router Purchase and Lease Fees:

Data Stream offers the GigaBLAST WiFi mesh router system to provide full WiFi coverage for your home and outdoor spaces. Depending on the size of your home Data stream will offer the GigaBLAST U6 or GigaBLAST U4 along with an additional U4m mesh extender if needed to provide the best whole home WiFi user experience possible. Both the U6 and U4 can be purchased or leased to own. The DS Blast WiFi router is required to receive Data Stream Broadband Internet Service. Our managed WiFi service provides 24×7 performance monitoring and ongoing software upgrades which assures the best WiFi experience possible. Service calls for customer who currently do not have a GigaBLAST router may result in an $85 trip charge.

  • All DS Blast WiFi Lease programs are for a period of 12 months at which time the monthly fee will be reduced to $4.99/mth for Managed WiFi service. (Includes ProtectIQ)

  • DS Blast Enhanced WFi $14.99/mth (Includes Protect IQ)
  • DS Blast Ultimate WiFi $19.99/mth (includes ProtectIQ and ExperienceIQ App)

The CommandIQ App puts Data Stream customers in control to create the user experience possible. Today Data Stream offers the ExperienceIQ and ProtectIQ suites which run in the CommandIQ App.

    Secures all your devices from malicious activities and viruses
  • Customers can trail the IQ Experience suite Free for 30 days at any time.
    Parental Controls, prioritize Zoom calls, and manage connected devices
  • Customers add ExperienceIQ suite at any time for 2.99/mth
  • Both the ExperienceIQ and ProtectIQ suites are included in the DS Blast Ultimate WiFi Lease to own package

Should you report a service issue after standard support hours, operations personnel will work to resolve your issue remotely.
