Given the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on American society, Data Stream Broadband pledges to:

  • To keep low-income subscribers connected during the pandemic.
  • To avoid termination of service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
  • To waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic.
  • To keep all Wi-Fi hotspots, open to anyone who needs them.
  • To offered available bill forbearance or forgiveness programs during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Should you report a service issue after standard support hours, operations personnel will work to resolve your issue remotely. If resolution requires a technician be dispatched to your location we will schedule this for the following day.
